  • Do you have any warranties?

    Tier 1 Concrete provides a 3-year installation warranty from the date of completion.

  • Who is responsible for getting permits for the work?

    Once the bid is accepted, Tier 1 Concrete will work with you to get the appropriate permits.

  • How long does it take for concrete to cure?

    It takes 7 days for 70%, 21 days for 90%, and 100% on the 28th day. This all depends on the environmental factors and weather.
